Resource Allocator

The Resource Allocator shall be responsible to proactively plan and allocate tasks to the workforce, to monitor status of the tasks performed and the actual status of activity in the end-to-end process chain to ensure all relevant KPIs are met.

Accountabilities

• Allocate manpower to flight task using the provided RMS systems.
• Follow procedures as defined for the correct use of RMS.
• Work closely with Resource Planning team for the creation of the resource plan/Pre-planning
• Monitor performance, taking action to correct any operational shortfalls to ensure operational KPI’s are met.
• To report any significant operational/safety deficiencies to the Duty Manager
• Responsible for own safety and for ensuring the safety of the persons working with you and operating within all procedures and guidelines published by Etihad and OAL
• Ensure that all quality, safety and security occurrences, errors, hazards, near misses are reported through the established reporting system. Ensure hazards and risks are identified, assessed, escalated to higher management (as applicable) and mitigated or eliminated.

Education & Experience

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years Supervisor or RMS experience
• Excellent knowledge of Ground Handling service delivery policies and procedures
• Knowledge of flight allocation will be an added advantage
