The controllers of your Personal Information are Velora - L.L.C - S.P.C, Munawala Ground Services – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C and Velora Security Services - L.L.C - S.P.C (together, “Velora”, we, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy applies whenever you provide us with your Personal Information, or we collect it from you or third parties. Commitments made in this Policy apply to all Velora careers Website visitors and job applicants whose Personal Information is processed.

Velora may collect and process the following types of Personal Information: first name, last name, middle name, maiden name, credentials, date of birth, age, sex, marital status, phone number, email address, business phone number, business email address, home address, government issued ID data, family member’s contact details, family member’s address, job title, children’s name, partner’s name, education data, photos, and work address/employer.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing Personal Information:

The legal bases we rely on to process your Personal Information under the UAE PDPL are:

  • Your consent whereby you authorise us to process your data.
  • The processing is necessary to perform a contract to which you as the Data Subject are a party, or to take measures at your request with the aim of concluding, amending or terminating a contract.

Once it is no longer necessary it will be securely destroyed and deleted.
