GSE Technician Quality Inspector

Purpose

As a GSE Technician Quality Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in managing the inventory and operations of the GSE store. You will be responsible to ensure that the GSE store operates efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with various stakeholders and implementing best practices to optimize inventory management.

Accountabilities

• Maintain accurate records of all GSE parts, tools, and equipment in the store.
• Regularly conduct physical inventory counts to reconcile with system records.
• Implement quality control procedures to verify the authenticity and functionality of incoming GSE inventory.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to GSE inventory, transactions, and inspections.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, operations, and finance to meet organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to store staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Education and Experience   

• Degree Equivalent or Diploma in appropriate business qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ aviation / logistics industry experience is required
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
