Key Accountabilities

Job Overview
As a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of aircraft cabins, ensuring that operational standards are surpassed and service efficiency is maintained across all shifts under your management. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate with Team Leaders and cleaning teams to deliver a spotless and comfortable environment for passengers, working closely with airline representatives and various internal departments to align on priority goals and timelines.

  • Lead and supervise multiple Team Leaders and their teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment focused on excellence and safety.
  • Efficiently allocate resources including manpower, cleaning equipment, and supplies to meet specific flight turnaround schedules without compromising quality.
  • Maintain rigorous monitoring of cabin cleanliness, productivity metrics, and key performance indicators, implementing immediate improvements when necessary to address service gaps.
  • Take ownership of managing disruptions or setbacks, facilitating prompt service recovery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to identify root causes of recurring issues and institute effective corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with airline officials and other operational teams to synchronize activities and escalate matters requiring resolution.
  • Prepare comprehensive shift reports detailing performance outcomes, resource consumption, incident logs, and any recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, security protocols, chemical usage guidelines, and environmental waste management standards.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to Team Leaders aimed at enhancing team dynamics, operational adherence, and overall service delivery efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of secondary education or equivalent certification; qualifications in aviation, hospitality, facilities management, or operational disciplines are highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with additional language skills considered a plus to support diverse operational environments.
  • A minimum of three years’ professional experience in aircraft cleaning, cabin maintenance, airport ground operations, or relevant fields.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required, demonstrating capability in managing personnel and operational workflows.
  • Comprehensive understanding of aircraft cabin cleaning protocols, turnaround coordination, safety standards, and quality inspection procedures.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, public holidays, and demanding operational schedules to meet airline service requirements.
